We are seeking a **Technology Manager** to lead our entire technology operation and drive the company’s continuous evolution. This person will be responsible for integrating and directing three major areas: **Support:** ERP, e-commerce, infrastructure, and processes **DevLabs:** internal development, automation, and innovation **BI:** data intelligence and metrics The challenge involves ensuring **stability**, **integration**, **governance**, **operational efficiency**, and **technological modernization**, while supporting True’s accelerated growth. You will lead **strategic decision-making**, **management of multidisciplinary teams**, **architecture definition**, **KPI monitoring**, and **continuous improvement** across the entire area.
