Job Summary: Unilider is seeking a Quality Assistant to support incident tracking and field sales promoter monitoring, ensuring proper merchandising execution and distribution quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support monitoring of field promoters’ daily routines and planned visit schedules. 2. Evaluate merchandising execution and material display at points of sale (POS). 3. We are looking for a Quality Assistant to help us track incidents and monitor sales promoters. If this opportunity resonates with you, apply now—and join us in distributing quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monitoring of field promoters’ daily routines; * Verify whether promoters completed their planned visit schedules; * Check customer/POS visit frequency; * Review photo portfolios submitted by promoters and KA sales representatives, verifying merchandising execution, extra displays, check stands, checkouts, and material presentation; * Support controlling campaign, promotion, and material implementation at points of sale; * And other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields are preferred. **Additional Information** Considering the health and well-being of our employees and their dependents, we offer: Fixed salary; Meal allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Dental plan; Career development plan; Transportation allowance.
