We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be safeguarding our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Full cash management, daily financial flow oversight, and banking relationship management; * Control and execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Development, monitoring, and revision of the annual budget; * Consolidation and structuring of business models and business plans across various channels: TV, radio, and digital platforms; * Ensuring robust financial controls, KPIs, reconciliations, and reporting to executive leadership; * Analyzing the financial feasibility of projects, new products, and commercial initiatives; * Supporting internal departments (content, sales, technology, and operations) with practical, applied financial insights; * Liaising with Legal for collections-related proceedings and other matters; interfacing with partners and their representatives. Requirements: **Education:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * Prior experience in financial, budgetary, and strategic planning management; * Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and feasibility analysis; * Knowledge of internal controls and accounting/tax routines; * Ability to interpret financial data in a business context and support decision-making; * Calculation and tracking of financial metrics (EBITDA, break-even point, delinquency rate, average transaction value); * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and report development; * Experience in dynamic environments requiring multitasking and adherence to deadlines.
