Sales Management and Tools (CRM) Responsibilities and Duties: * **What will your day-to-day be like at Moura?** · **Customer Relationship Development and Management:** Gain deep knowledge of customers’ businesses and build long-lasting relationships; Serve as the primary point of contact and support for customers within Moura; Manage the customer portfolio by planning schedules and conducting visits; Conduct post-sales activities and follow up on negotiations until order closure and delivery. · **Strategic Vision and Market Monitoring:** Develop a strategic market outlook, understand customer trends, monitor competitors, and provide input to the company’s Strategic Planning team. · **Prospecting New Opportunities:** Identify new business opportunities in the market, including sales, leasing, GSB, and maintenance contracts. · **Sales Management and Tools:** Utilize sales management tools (CRM) to manage the sales process and ensure control over preventive and corrective maintenance services coordinated with technical support. · **Follow-up and Service Excellence:** Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellence in addressing customer requests; Handle collections, track scrap collection, and ensure timely receipt; Enter customer orders into the company’s system and support the Finance department in accounts receivable. ***What We’re Looking For?*** ***Education:*** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. ***Knowledge & Experience:*** · Experience in commercial and external sales; · Experience in technical consultative sales; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ***You’ll Stand Out If You Have:*** · Knowledge of forklifts and traction batteries.
