Manage the leasing pipeline to ensure predictability between forecast and budget, monitoring conversion rate, average deal closure time, and contract SLA. Ensure physical and contractual delivery of new leases according to unit schedule and targets. Develop and present structured commercial proposals for approval by the commercial committee, supported by KPIs and data. * Relationship Building and Network Expansion Develop strategic relationships with potential investors, operators, and key brands that enhance the shopping mall’s positioning.
