We already have software architects responsible for application architecture, but we’ve identified the need for a dedicated data architect to ensure a unified, strategic view of data generated, consumed, and stored across our systems and analytical platforms. Apply here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and evolve the corporate data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and data integrity; * Collaborate with software architects to align application data models with the company’s analytical and regulatory requirements; * Define standards and best practices for data modeling (OLTP and OLAP), data integration, and technical documentation; * Lead initiatives to modernize the data ecosystem—including data mesh, data lakehouse, event streaming, and others; * Support data engineering teams in defining pipelines, data ingestion and transformation, as well as strategies for partitioning, versioning, and cataloging; * Serve as the technical reference for strategic decisions related to data architecture and cross-domain integration; * Participate in digital product development squads, providing a data architecture perspective; * Perform other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields; Relevant experience in data architecture or related areas. * **Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DMM); * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); * Proficiency in SQL; * Experience with Grafana and Kibana; * Solid knowledge of data architectures such as data lakehouse, data warehouse, etc.; * Knowledge of data streaming implementation, e.g., Apache Kafka; * AWS cloud expertise; * Experience in data modeling; * CI/CD experience; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Strong organizational and planning skills. **Additional Information** **What does Grupo Autoglass offer?** * **To support your physical and mental health:** Health insurance with no monthly fee for you and your dependents; Optional dental plan extendable to dependents; Psychological support; Pregnancy program with extended maternity leave; Wellhub (discounts at gyms). * **To support your daily routine:** Transportation allowance; Meal or food voucher.
