




Job Summary: Professional to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, attend to customers, and contribute to the efficiency of the commercial process. Key Highlights: 1. We seek and value talent — individuals with personality, determination, and drive. **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team; * Attend to customers, clarify doubts, and provide information about products and services; * Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotations; * Issue and track sales orders in the system; * Monitor delivery deadlines, billing, and after-sales; * Update customer records and sales registrations; * Maintain control and organization of commercial documents; * Assist in tracking sales targets and performance; * Support communication among sales, logistics, and finance departments; * Contribute to the efficiency and agility of the commercial process. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)**: * Knowledge of sales processes and routines * Experience with commercial management systems (ERP, CRM or similar) \-**( Considered a plus )** * Ability to issue orders, prepare proposals and quotations * Basic understanding of billing, delivery timelines, and logistics \- **( Considered a plus )** * Ability to organize and update customer records * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data control and reporting * Valid and active driver's license AB.
