Today, our management system is a market reference and serves thousands of fuel stations spread across all states of Brazil. **Team Leader \- Support** We are looking for an experienced and technology-passionate **Team Leader\_Support** to join our team. **Job Summary:** The Technical Leader\_Support is responsible for leading the technical support team, ensuring excellence in service delivery to customers and acting as the focal point for complex technical issues, providing solutions and optimizing processes to enhance customer experience. **As Team Leader\_Support, your responsibilities will include:** * Lead and manage a team of support technicians, ensuring excellence in customer service delivery; * Identify and resolve complex technical issues; * Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve support processes; * Contribute to the professional development of the team; * Ensure the quality and efficiency of support services by establishing goals and performance indicators (KPIs); * Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. **Required Technical Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * **Desirable knowledge:** Proficiency in main support tools and monitoring systems, databases, and programming languages. * **Desirable:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, with 2 years in a leadership role.
