




About the Opportunity **IT SERVICES MANAGER** * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (subject to change at the company’s or client’s discretion). Work location address: Avenida Marechal Mascarenhas de Moraes, 1877 – Monte Belo – Vitória-ES Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). ️ What We Are Looking For: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science or any other undergraduate degree plus a postgraduate program in Information Technology with a minimum of 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours, recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Computer Skills: Language: Portuguese; Experience: 6 months; Key essential job responsibilities (duties/tasks): Supervise the delivery of services by local support staff; Guide support agents’ actions during critical work situations and interact with clients when required; Define initial and ongoing training plans for service-executing staff; Implement and maintain work schedules for local support staff; Escalate unresolved issues from local support to the Contractor’s responsible groups or units; Perform asset transfer procedures in the Contractor’s official system for any equipment handled by the team; Monitor IT item requests submitted by technicians from branch offices; Coordinate delivery of items requested by branch offices to the transportation department; Prepare monthly Incident Management Reports (IMR) for Level 2 and Level 3 support activities, using data extracted from the Contractor’s ticketing system. Prepare, upon request by the contract manager, managerial service reports concerning local support activities; Perform other tasks related to local support management that are aligned with the scope of the contract; Carry out all activities specified in Annex 2 relevant to the professional profile. Specific Knowledge, Certificates, and Certifications Required: ITIL Foundation v3 (or higher) certification. * Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Windows 7 (or higher). * HDI Support Center Team Lead (SCTL) certification.
