




Main activities: Manage all activities of the small branch, ensuring the achievement of strategic and operational objectives; Responsible for opening and maintaining the branch, ensuring efficiency and optimization of resources; Develop and implement strategies for sustainable unit growth, including customer prospecting and retention; Coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; • Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or logistics operations; • Solid knowledge in team management and operational processes; • Availability for travel as needed.
