Be the key driver in structuring HR for an established brand. **Organizational Development Coordinator** ------------------------------------------------- Are you an HR professional who loves **structuring processes** and transforming organizational culture into **high-performance results**? We are at a special stage of expansion and seeking a **Business Partner / Head of People \& Culture** to lead the professionalization of our people management in Vitória (ES). ### **The Challenge** More than managing, you will **build**. Your mission will be to architect the People and Management pillars for the brand, creating clarity, development, and scalability for our team. ### **What You Will Do:** * Structure the company-wide organizational chart and *job descriptions*. * Implement Performance Evaluation cycles and IDPs (Individual Development Plans). * Develop continuous training programs and management rituals. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership in defining goals and OKRs. * Strengthen the culture of excellence that is the hallmark of this jewelry brand. ### **✨ Desired Profile:** * "Hands-on" mindset and structural orientation. * Experience in growth-stage companies (scaling phase). * Modern HR vision (People Analytics, Goals and Development). * Preferred: Experience in the Premium or High-End market. ### **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to be the key driver in structuring HR for an established brand. * A dynamic, creative environment with strong potential for professional growth. * Direct involvement in business strategy. **Location:** Vitória – ES (100% In-Person) **Start Date:** Immediate Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
