* We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician to serve as the point of contact with our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations and building operations. Specifically, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. In addition to working collaboratively as part of a team, you will handle all daily situations in a friendly manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter data into maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc. * Complete the daily shift routine checklist. * Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. * Perform activities related to civil construction and painting—both corrective and preventive. * Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. * Respond to requests from apartments and departments, seeking solutions to incidents in order to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Perform painting-related activities—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. * Ensure proper operation of swimming pool equipment, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels in pool water to maintain ideal parameters. * Monitor consumption items such as electricity, water, gas, etc., tracking daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other systems—to guarantee optimal performance. * Turn on and off the condominium’s lighting system. * Respond to requests from apartments and departments, seeking solutions to incidents in order to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure your safety while performing tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider** operating across more than 170 properties from north to south of Brazil, caring for those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always acting **responsibly** toward the environment, our team, and the communities where we operate. **Together with you**, and alongside a plural and diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s leading hospitality operator—one that guests, investors, partners, and top talent want to be associated with. **Shall we do this together?
