Job Summary: Perform patient reception, registration, test authorization, quotations, sample triage, and ensure procedural quality. Key Highlights: 1. Customer/patient service and reception 2. Handling and preparation of laboratory samples **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers/patients at business units. * Perform registration and test authorization; identify patients using their personal information, official ID, and original photo-bearing document. * Prepare quotations and clearly communicate test preparation instructions. * Ensure quality in identification, registration, and collection procedures. * Perform sample triage, centrifugation, packaging, and separation of materials for dispatch to the technical department. * Maintain accurate stock counts and appropriate bench-level inventory usage. * Cross-verify attendance slips and submit them to the billing department within 24 hours. * Daily implementation of good practices for a clean, organized, and harmonious environment. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Clinical Analysis or Nursing Technician **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with systems: Intranet, Shift, and Effettivo; prior experience in a laboratory setting. **Work Location:** Vitória, Vila Velha, and Serra Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
