Then join an excellence team! **About the Department:** Sample Distribution Center. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform auxiliary tasks in triage, focusing on smooth operational flow; distribute biological materials to technical departments; * Monitor temperatures of equipment used in production (refrigerator and freezer); perform maintenance, cleaning, and conservation of equipment through disposal, separation, and delivery to respective departments; record sample receipt and open boxes received from support and internal collection units; * Measure and record temperatures of biological materials received from support and internal collection units; operate automated reception equipment by removing and organizing racks, sorting them by destination; deliver racks containing pre-sorted biological materials to production lines; * Record sample intake, generate worklists, and register PA (non-conformance report) for unsuitable samples; prepare biological samples for analysis according to technical standards of the area; perform daily/weekly maintenance on analytical equipment, focusing on damage prevention; receive, verify, and control input/output of supplies to ensure smooth process flow; monitor supply expiration dates; * Organize, manage, and maintain departmental records by filing documents/contracts into specific folders for preservation and easier retrieval; assist with administrative tasks and oversee sector equipment maintenance. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** Completed high school; Before applying, please ensure you meet the requirements and align with our purpose. **Our essence inspires our daily work—thus, we seek passionate individuals who:** * Foster a knowledge-sharing environment by exchanging experiences and enabling interdependence among teams; * Remain constantly proactive—investing in self-development and facilitating others’ growth; * Demonstrate social awareness of diversity and inclusion, contributing to a collaborative environment; * Identify and anticipate customer needs, acting promptly to deliver appropriate, personalized solutions; * Plan and execute work with excellence to achieve expected results, embracing innovation and agility; * Generate and implement new ideas, continuously seeking improvements, experimenting with new approaches, and adapting to market changes. **Job Information:** Work Model: On-site. Working Hours: 180h or 220h per month. Shift Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, or 12 hours on / 36 hours off.
