If you feel fulfilled receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this opportunity is for you! **About the department:** Perform patient service duties, including collection of biological specimens; Our priority is excellence in service delivery and patient safety during procedures. **Main responsibilities:** * Collect, document, and process biological samples, and provide post-procedure client guidance * Centrifuge biological samples according to technical specifications; * Sort and package biological materials for transport to the technical department per technical standards and safety protocols; * Monitor critical supplies and batch records; * Calibrate glucometers; * Record temperatures of thermal boxes, insulated bags, refrigerated cabinets, and ambient environment; **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** * Required: Completed Technical Course in Clinical Analysis, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Pathology, or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine; * Computer skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Preferred experience: Experience in diagnostic specimen collection and public-facing service; * Advantageous for the role: Familiarity with laboratory or hospital routines.
