We are looking for an **ITSM Support Analyst** to optimize processes, ensure optimal usage of **Jira**, and reinforce governance of our IT services. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- ### **What You Will Do?** ✅ Administer and customize **Jira** to meet the needs of IT, governance, and business teams. ✅ Implement and optimize workflows, automations, and dashboards in **Jira**. ✅ Apply IT process governance, ensuring compliance with ITIL and industry best practices. ✅ Create and maintain reports and KPIs to monitor service performance and efficiency. ✅ Support integration of **Jira** with other corporate tools and systems. ✅ Address requests related to Jira customization **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Proven experience with **Jira Service Management**, including administration and customization. Knowledge of **ITIL**, **IT process management**, and service governance. Ability to build advanced automations and reports in **Jira**. Experience integrating systems via API and the **Atlassian Suite**. Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
