Join us in the pursuit of solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, through its Water business, is seeking a QSMS Coordinator for its new CESAN sanitation project in Espírito Santo. Job Description Mission: Execute assigned project tasks within your business unit/department according to established procedures, in order to facilitate adherence to scheduled deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), promoting significant contributions to project improvement. This sub-function is responsible for all activities related to occupational safety and health of company employees. Its activities include: identification and assessment of accident and occupational disease risks; risk control in the workplace; training on risk prevention and dissemination of its importance; information recording and analysis; and technical advisory and support to company employees. Candidate Requirements Responsibilities: * Effective implementation and integration of the Prevention Plan and the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Development and monitoring, together with contract managers, of the annual preventive activity plan for the service. * Conducting risk assessments, emergency plans, specific measurements/studies, work procedures/instructions, and other documents related to activities under your responsibility. * Development of occupational safety and health plans and/or preventive management documents for construction works under your supervision. * Drafting reports on corrective measures following visits to facilities and activities. * Implementation and monitoring of the company’s and client’s ISO management systems. * Assistance in consulting and involving workers on occupational safety and health matters. * Management of IMS-specific documentation. * Conducting and participating in HSEQ inspections/audits. * Collaboration in identifying HSEQ training needs. * Advisory support to workers on HSEQ-related matters. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Special attention to quality and environmental projects, with experience in developing quality plans. Education: Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in QSMS, Integrated Management, or Occupational Safety are highly desirable.
