




Job Summary: Support the management and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in implementation and monitoring of QMS processes **Mission:** Support the Quality Coordinator/Manager in managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements (e.g., ISO 9001\) and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Experience in environments utilizing Quality Management Systems is desirable. * **Specific Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard; familiarity with Effetivo QMS software is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining QMS processes. * Participate in developing, reviewing, and controlling system documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.). * Monitor and control quality performance indicators and targets. * Support planning, organizing, and tracking internal and external audits. * Verify process compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. * Assist in managing nonconformities, tracking implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Organize and maintain physical and digital quality documentation and records. * Control distribution and access to QMS documents. * Ensure legal and certification documents are always up to date. * Assist in applying and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys. * Support supplier evaluation and qualification processes. * Contribute to managing customer complaints and feedback. * Support organizing training sessions and workshops on quality-related topics. * Prepare internal presentations and communications regarding the QMS. * Serve as the point of contact for employees with questions about quality processes.
