Job Summary: Bebidas Reggiani is seeking a professional to support industrial management by entering production data, evaluating inventory levels, recording losses, and generating reports—with a focus on continuous improvement. Our rigorous raw material selection and dedicated Quality Department—including an in-house laboratory—ensure production analysis at every stage, including raw material procurement. \- Responsibility: We are responsible toward our customers, employees, shareholders, and the environment. \- Satisfaction: We strive for total customer satisfaction by delivering differentiated products and services. \- Relationship: We maintain mutually beneficial relationships with employees and suppliers. \- Punctuality: We honor our commitments and deliver products on schedule. ***Your daily routine here will include:*** * Production entry in the system: Daily registration of production orders (opening and closing) in the Data Sul system, ensuring accurate material and time allocation. * Evaluate raw material inventory levels: Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels to prevent machine downtime due to material shortages. * Record losses: Log deviations, scrap, and trimmings, analyzing root causes for continuous improvement. * Generate production reports: Compile daily/weekly data to develop performance indicators (KPIs), such as efficiency, productivity, and quality. * Purchase requisition: Issue purchase requests for raw materials based on production forecasts and inventory levels. (Also includes consumables and spare parts) * Industrial documentation: Organize and maintain up-to-date technical production documentation, procedures, and quality records. * Support to Management: Provide operational support to industrial management in communications with stores, sales, and logistics. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] ***What we expect from you:*** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering (a plus); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
