Responsibilities and duties * Check coal powder combustion at the blast furnace tuyeres; · Perform removal and reinstallation of the coal powder injection system at the blow nozzles; · Perform unclogging of injection lines and replace lances, hoses, and valves; · Operate injection system; · Perform sample collection at the cyclone; · Check tank pressure and perform internal cleaning of the mill; · Perform cleaning of electrical room and compressor room; · Remove fines from silos; · Remove baskets from the mill screen; · Perform equipment lubrication; · Responsible for support, maintenance, and promotion of 5S (Cleanliness, organization, order, hygiene) in their respective area, work environment, and general equipment.
