Job Summary: An Operational Assistant professional to manage documents, issue invoices, use the Rodopar system, and support road transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. Focused on innovation and sustainability, it provides services across multiple industrial sectors. **Responsibilities:** Manage and systematize operational documents and files. Issue and verify invoices (NF). Use the Rodopar system for freight administration and transportation activities. Support routines for controlling product inflow and outflow. Contribute to monitoring road transportation operations. Enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Assist the operational team with other daily tasks.
