Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to customers using channels such as chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email. * Schedule technical appointments for cases requiring maintenance. * Deliver technical support to customers; * Continuously monitor related network and system infrastructure, using specialized tools and software to identify issues or anomalies, such as connectivity failures, traffic fluctuations, packet loss, and data congestion.
