Job Summary:
An HR Department professional to manage onboarding, termination, payroll, labor charges, and labor legislation, supporting the team and enhancing processes.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour-and-12-minute lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Perform onboarding and termination procedures, calculate labor severance payments, and enter sensitive payroll data
* Monitor scheduled vacations and leaves in the system
* Track and manage electronic timekeeping records, and calculate overtime, tardiness, and absences
* Monitor and manage payroll closing and assessment of labor charges
* Verify tax forms and ancillary obligations
* Act as a reference point for questions regarding labor and social security legislation
* Prepare managerial reports and critical analyses of personnel costs
* Support external audit processes and labor inspections
* Lead studies to improve and automate HR department processes
* Provide technical and legislative support to analysts and assistants
* Monitor legal changes and assess their impact on HR department routines
* Represent the HR Department in technical forums and management meetings
**Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree in Labor Legislation, Social Security Legislation, or Controllership is desirable;
* Proven experience in the role and in the activities described above;
* Experience with Senior system is required.
