




Job Summary: Technical support professional providing on-site and remote assistance to users, responsible for installation, maintenance, and configuration of systems and hardware. Network problem diagnosis and resolution Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users for applications and equipment; * Open, log, and track technical service tickets; * Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary; * Install and maintain corporate software; * Perform email account repairs and configuration; * Assemble, configure, and maintain workstations; * Configure and support local and network printers; * Diagnose and resolve network-related issues; * Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date records. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Knowledge of: software installation and email account configuration; * Configuration of local and network printers; * Microcomputer operation and hardware maintenance; * Operating systems and network services; * Technical English for reading documentation and manuals. This is a fully on-site position in Serra, ES. Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00).
