




* Generalist role across HR & Personnel Department subsystems; * Recruitment and Selection; * Management of onboarding, onboarding integration, timekeeping, benefits, personnel movements, and offboarding; * Direct support in payroll processing (verification, data entry, closing, and statutory contributions); * Control and updating of legal documents and records; * Generation and handling of timekeeping, vacation, overtime, and absenteeism reports; * Support for internal initiatives related to organizational climate, development, and communication with managers and employees; * Administrative routines of the department and support for labor compliance. * On-site Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Practical experience in HR and Personnel Department routines; * Organization, autonomy, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
