**CUP Consulting** currently has 1 **open position** for one of our clients in Rio Grande do Sul! **Position:** IT/Electronics Maintenance Technician **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed a higher education degree or technical certification **Experience:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites; * Manage technical service tickets using both the client’s tool and the company’s internal system (including ticket creation and monitoring of ticket queues); * Handle parts-related requests; perform diagnostics and technical support for desktops and notebooks of low-to-moderate complexity using manufacturer-provided tools. **Work Location:** Eldorado do Sul/RS **Available Shifts and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,084.56 * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) of up to 5 monthly salaries per year * Meal voucher * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance, childcare allowance, and other benefits.
