Contribution to efficiency and deadlines **Job Mission** **Support the Operational Supervisor in planning, organizing, and monitoring the company's logistics and operational activities, managing suppliers, materials, equipment, teams, and maintenance to enhance process efficiency, meet deadlines, and deliver departmental results.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct supplier research and assessment to meet operational needs. * Research and obtain quotations for products, materials, equipment, and services required for operations. * Support the evaluation of commercial proposals and supply terms. * Monitor the supplier contracting process and service delivery. * Track delivery timelines, supply schedules, and execution of contracted services. * Identify alternative suppliers in response to unavailability, urgency, or specific operational requirements. * Support the Operational Supervisor in monitoring team productivity. * Monitor execution of planned and scheduled activities. * Track progress of requests and identify potential delays or difficulties. * Monitor task distribution and adherence to schedules. * Support tracking of completed, ongoing, and pending tasks. * Identify operational bottlenecks and report them to the Operational Supervisor. * Control and monitor machinery, equipment, and other resources used in operations. * Monitor availability of equipment required to execute activities. * Identify maintenance, repair, replacement, or procurement needs. * Support tracking of equipment movement and usage. * Monitor equipment condition and usage status. Previous experience in logistics, operations, procurement, maintenance, or related fields, with hands-on experience in team supervision, supplier management, equipment oversight, maintenance coordination, and operational request handling. Experience with controls, systems, spreadsheets, KPIs, and leadership support in organizing and monitoring performance outcomes is desirable.
