Description: * Completed high school education; * Technical training in mechanics or electricity — preferred; * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Perform basic operations on Chilled Water Plant and air conditioning equipment. * Analyze equipment failures. * Analyze measurement and control of chilled water plants. * Perform general cleaning of the chilled water plant, as well as minor repairs. * Comply with ANVISA-established cleaning and organization standards for air conditioning distribution systems; Clean the following equipment: fan coils, chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers; * Apply chemical products to cooling towers. Lubricate motors. * Corrective Maintenance — Replace differential pressure transmitters. Replace belts on fan coils. Replace relay panel on electrical panels. * Measure condensate water conductivity. * Operate valves. * Diagnose operational discrepancies and properly communicate them to the O&M team. * Collect periodic equipment readings (temperatures, pressures, approach). * Accompany Ecogen technicians and/or third-party companies during equipment maintenance. * Follow procedures and criteria established by the Safety Department for any work performed at the facility. 2512110202491912988
