The **Constance** brand, a national reference in women's footwear and accessories that combine **comfort, quality, and style**, is seeking a **Generalist HR Analyst** to work at our **Distribution Center in Serra/ES**. We are looking for a **dynamic, proactive** professional with a strong sense of **organization and interpersonal relationships**, to act strategically and operationally in **Human Resources** processes, serving as the link between the DC and the headquarters. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes for different areas of the Distribution Center; * Carry out the **onboarding process for new employees**, including document verification and integration; * Provide **support to the Personnel Department**, ensuring proper transmission of information to the headquarters (payroll, time tracking, vacations, benefits, etc.); * Support **organizational climate management** and team engagement initiatives; * Assist in **training sessions, internal communications**, and endomarketing campaigns; * Monitor **HR metrics** and propose process improvements; * Maintain constant contact with the **headquarters**, ensuring alignment of policies and procedures within the People & Management area. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education in **Human Resources, Psychology, Administration**, or related fields; * Generalist experience in **HR**, focused on **R&S, onboarding, and personnel support**; * Knowledge of labor routines and current legislation; * Good communication, organization, and professional demeanor; * Experience in a **logistics or industrial environment** is desirable. **Employment type:** CLT – On-site Location: Constance Distribution Center – **Serra/ES** Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 \- R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What was your most recent compensation?
