You will be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our partner base. The ideal candidate must have extensive commercial experience. We expect you to be a reliable professional capable of balancing customer orientation with results generation. The goal is to identify opportunities and transform them into long-term, profitable relationships built on trust and mutual satisfaction. Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00 Work Mode: 100% On-site Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure; * Generate new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships; * Present services to potential customers, analyze consumer needs, and develop innovative solutions; * Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer retention; * Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction; * Develop and execute strategic plans, as well as deliver reliable forecasts; * Consistently achieve business objectives and revenue targets as defined in your plan. Requirements — Commercial / Consultative Sales Area * Prior experience in consultative or B2B sales: Experience across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. * Negotiation and persuasion skills: Ability to present solutions aligned with customer pain points. * Excellent verbal and written communication: To clearly and convincingly present services. * Goal- and results-oriented: Focus on achieving KPIs, revenue forecasts, and sustainable growth. * Analytical and problem-solving ability: Critical for handling complaints and proposing effective solutions. * CRM and sales tools knowledge: Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. * Strategic planning: Develop commercial initiatives based on data and projections. * Personal vehicle Competitive Advantages: Experience with modern sales methodologies: e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, etc. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation: Facilitates opportunity acquisition and alignment with marketing teams.
