




Description: Responsible for ensuring excellence in the experience of participants and other stakeholders throughout the entire event lifecycle—from planning through to post-event. Acts as the liaison among suppliers, exhibitors, and the organizing team, coordinating requirements, resolving inquiries, and supporting overall event execution—with a focus on production, logistics, customer service, and financial management. This role is essential to ensuring that each event delivers quality, organization, and perceived value to all stakeholders.
