Job Summary: Opportunity in Logistics at CicloMed for professionals with experience in inventory management, consignment of surgical materials, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Working with Totvs system and advanced Excel CicloMed, a healthcare company specializing in the importation and distribution of cutting-edge medical devices, has an opening in the Logistics area. **Main Responsibilities:** · Conduct inventory counts of stock and consigned materials held by third parties; · Prepare consignment reports for the commercial and finance departments; · Perform inventory audits of expired materials to maintain inventory accuracy. · Support the commercial and finance teams in managing and controlling consigned materials at customer sites; · Reconcile consigned material demand with inventory control; · Monitor batch numbers and expiration dates of consigned materials; · Control material consumption using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and report discrepancies; · Track material usage via the Totvs system; · Reconcile external and internal inventory through the system; **Education and Required Qualifications:** · Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; · Experience in marketing surgical materials (OPME); · Advanced Excel skills; · Experience with the Totvs system; · Desired knowledge of portals such as Unimed, Sul América, Bradesco, etc. **Additional Information and Benefits:** * CLT employment contract * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (100% on-site) * Market-competitive remuneration; * Meal allowance: R$ 46.00/day; * Sulamérica Health Insurance (no co-payment) * Wellhub; Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.800,00 - R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree? * How many years of experience do you have in the Logistics field?
