You will work at a structured company with a team eager to teach and a development program designed for beginners. Here, you will learn logistics and administrative routines, experience daily operations of a company, and develop skills applicable to any future profession. * Support administrative tasks (filing, spreadsheets, registrations). * Receive and direct internal and external contacts. * Organize physical and digital documents. * Update information in internal systems. * Handle assembly kits for parts. * Participate in theoretical training sessions of the apprenticeship program. * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in high school, studying in the afternoon or evening shift. * Availability for a reduced work schedule of 4 hours (morning or afternoon shift). * Willingness to learn and begin your first professional experience. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) Benefits Internship stipend: R$ 762.00 Meal allowance: R$ 400.00 Health and dental plan (SAMP) Life insurance Meals provided at the company Transportation allowance Gympass Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM\.
