If you seek growth and new challenges, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Fleet Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operational and strategic management of the fleet, including data analysis, performance indicator (KPI) development, and managerial reporting. The professional must transform operational data into strategic insights, contributing to improved fleet efficiency, safety, and cost reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Support administrative and operational management of the vehicle fleet. * Analyze and reclassify entries according to generated RC. * Record, verify, and control invoices related to fleet operations. * Build and monitor **fleet area KPIs**, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Develop **dashboards and managerial reports** using advanced Excel and BI tools. * Analyze **telematics data**, identifying risky behaviors and **offending drivers**. * Prepare reports and **executive presentations for unit managers and executive leadership**. * Develop presentations featuring driving behavior analysis for the **SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Management** team. * Monitor fleet costs (maintenance, fuel, tires, fines, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities. * Support the development of strategic analyses to improve operational performance and fleet safety. * Use digital tools and basic knowledge of **artificial intelligence applied to data analysis** to enhance productivity. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree (Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of **BI tools (Power BI or similar)**. * Experience in **data analysis and KPI development**. * Experience in **invoice recording and control**. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to **present results to various organizational levels**. * Familiarity with **vehicle telematics and driving behavior analysis** is considered a plus. * Basic knowledge of **artificial intelligence applied to productivity and data analysis**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in fleet or logistics management. * Experience in telematics data analysis. * Knowledge of management systems or ERP platforms. * Experience developing executive presentations. **Additional Information** **To support your daily work:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Allowance Life Insurance Wellhub (Gympass) Discounts on Casa do Adubo products Partnerships with institutions such as Sesc-Senac and others PAE (Employee Assistance Program – Financial, Psychological, and Legal Support) Opportunity to work and exchange knowledge daily with an exceptional, highly engaged team committed to sustainable agriculture With a global presence and deep roots in agribusiness, we belong to the world’s largest potassium producer and stand out as a leading agricultural retail multinational, distinguished by strong capital structure, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
