**Responsibilities:** Supervise and monitor field work safety activities; Conduct periodic inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and behaviors, proposing corrective and preventive actions; Develop and deliver training and educational initiatives on occupational health and safety; Actively participate in HSE meetings, accident investigations and analyses, preparing reports and improvement recommendations; Implement safety procedures and standards; Coordinate and guide the safety technicians team, promoting technical and behavioral development; Monitor internal and external safety audits; Promote good interpersonal relationships and teamwork among operational areas. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (preferably in safety, engineering or management-related fields); Technical Certification in Occupational Safety with active registration at MTE; Proven experience in transportation sector companies, especially with mobile equipment (machines and trucks); Industrial environment experience, particularly at VALE and/or ARCELOR; Experience implementing safety procedures and management systems; Experience managing operational teams; **Desirable Qualifications:** Knowledge of NR regulations applicable to industrial and transportation sectors; Additional courses in leadership, environment; Proficiency in risk analysis tools (JHA, JSA, etc.); Thorough understanding of applicable standards, procedures and legislation (in HSE context: NRs, environmental laws, etc.).
