




\-Responsible for providing guidance on technical health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and promoting continuous improvement in workplace conditions to safeguard employee health and integrity and prevent accidents; \-Develop, implement and update the PGR, managing SST documents for both internal and third-party employees; \-Support occupational health (examinations according to PCMSO) and environmental actions (PGRS and occupational hygiene); \-Act as a point of contact during inspections and support the CIPA; \-Manage inventory and distribution of PPEs/collective protective equipment; \-Operate digital SST systems, maintaining records and eSocial data; \-Conduct mandatory training, onboarding of new employees, and daily safety talks (DDS); \-Identify variables for controlling diseases, accidents, quality of life, and environmental impact; \-Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the area; \-Monitor and control legal compliance programs; \-Coordinate and develop health and safety policies; \-Develop and monitor area performance indicators; \-Deliver training sessions and lectures related to health and safety topics. Requirements: \-Technical Degree in Occupational Safety with registration at MTE; \-Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), CLT, and labor legislation; \-Familiarity with SSMA regulations, risk management, occupational hygiene, first aid, accident investigation, audits, and training; \-Experience with SOC system will be an advantage; \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
