Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and basic building upkeep of a warehouse, ensuring workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Skills in basic building maintenance and waste management #### **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of all internal and external warehouse areas, including floors, walls, windows, restrooms, and waste disposal areas. * Operate and perform basic maintenance on professional cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers, high-pressure washers, and industrial vacuum cleaners. * Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and report damages or building maintenance needs, such as leaks, electrical issues, or structural damage. * Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance, including light bulb replacement, faucet repairs, and touch-up painting, as needed. * Manage inventory and request replenishment of cleaning supplies, hygiene items, and minor maintenance materials. * Collect, segregate, and dispose of solid and recyclable waste, following the warehouse’s environmental procedures and regulations. * Ensure workplace organization and safety by adhering to safety standards and correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in custodial, cleaning, or building maintenance roles, preferably in warehouse or industrial settings. * Practical knowledge of handling and diluting chemical cleaning and disinfecting agents. * Ability to operate and perform minor adjustments on motorized cleaning equipment. * Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems for identifying issues and performing minor repairs. * Familiarity with proper waste disposal practices and selective waste collection. * Ability to follow work routines and technical safety instructions. #### **Skills** * Industrial Technical Cleaning * Floor Polisher Operation * Basic Building Maintenance * Basic Plumbing * Basic Electrical Work * Waste Management * PPE Usage ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Profit Sharing and Results Program ### **Department:** Warehouse Street 6
