Job Summary: Professional responsible for evaluating, preparing, and applying industrial paint to ensure adhesion and quality, in accordance with technical and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to safety, quality, and equipment preservation **Responsibilities** * Evaluate and prepare surfaces according to technical standards and procedures. * Perform manual and mechanical cleaning to ensure paint system adhesion. * Identify and correct imperfections before and during application. * Mix paint components correctly according to technical data sheets, respecting induction times and *pot life* of bi- or multi-component products. * Apply paint using brushes and rollers. * Monitor environmental conditions—including ambient temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and surface temperature—before and during application. * Ensure appropriate conditions for coating curing and adhesion. * Maintain rollers and brushes in good working condition and perform proper cleaning after each application. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Operate overhead cranes and rotating machinery when required. * Comply with quality, environmental, health, and occupational safety procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in surface preparation and industrial painting. * Knowledge of painting systems and product technical data sheets. * Knowledge of environmental condition control for paint application. * Experience in industrial environments. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations. **Skills** --------------- * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Workplace organization and discipline. * Ability to follow technical procedures and standards. * Commitment to safety, quality, and equipment preservation. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Dining Room, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Profit Sharing and Results Program ### **Department:** External \- Vale
