Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring safety during operations, monitoring the use of PPE, preventing incidents, and safeguarding compliance with technical and environmental procedures. Supervision of operations and equipment usage **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Request work permits (WP) from the safety department when necessary; Comply with all legislation related to safety, occupational health, and the environment; Use mandatory PPE required for performing assigned tasks; Verify that team members under your supervision are using mandatory PPE; Check daily equipment and lifting accessories inspection checklists completed by operators/riggers. Monitor team activities to prevent any type of incident/accident; Correct/orient activities not performed in accordance with technical procedures; Report and rectify any observed environmental or safety hazards; Report all unsafe acts and conditions, safety and health non-conformities, procedures, or instructions to your immediate supervisor. Report any defective equipment or other damage (including tools) to your immediate supervisor. Report all accidents/incidents to your immediate supervisor; Allocate labor resources via task sheets for activities; Provide necessary materials for task execution; Supervise overhead crane load movement operations; May occasionally operate the equipment for guidance, staff assistance, or emergencies. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Primary education; Relevant experience in the field. **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
