If you are motivated, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and work well in a team environment, join us and apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative tasks within the department; * Carry out pre-sales activities, such as lead prospecting and qualification; * Attend to suppliers and customers, providing necessary support and assistance; * Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with established guidelines; * Perform tasks in the myLIMS system, ensuring data accuracy and organization; * Assist other colleagues with administrative tasks, providing support when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or technical training in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and in an organized manner. * Familiarity with pre-sales activities, such as lead prospecting and qualification, is desirable. * Knowledge of or familiarity with the myLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is a plus. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) **Salary Range:** * R$ 1\.900,00 \- R$ 2\.400,00 **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Banked hours; * Day Off; If you are passionate about preserving life and believe science is a powerful tool to achieve this goal, Tommasi Ambiental is the perfect place for you!
