Job Summary: Lead and develop social media and creator teams, overseeing creative and strategic deliverables for major brands, with a focus on results and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development and partnership with the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead social media analysts and analysts who connect creators to major brands, ensuring alignment and delivery of results. * Validate and supervise deliverables with a critical eye toward design, copywriting, and strategy. * Ideally able to create: hooks, storytelling, engagement or conversion CTAs. * Creator and influencer management: creator selection, creative briefing, delivery management, content curation, negotiation. * Integration with paid media: understanding which content becomes ad creatives, what UGC works for performance, and how organic content serves as raw material for traffic. * Serve as a role model for the team, promoting professional development and collaboration. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to departmental processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a leader in previous companies, with a track record of leading communication teams. * Background in Social Media and experience working with major brands. * Proficiency in digital content formats (Reels, TikTok, UGC, creators ads). * Highly discerning eye for design, with understanding of fundamental principles (basic/intermediate design skills are a plus). * Knowledge of copywriting and ability to evaluate and guide content and scripts. * Profile aligned with the following soft skills: teamwork, conflict resolution, curiosity, results orientation, and constant pursuit of excellence. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Ifood Card Multi-Benefits Card; * Wellhub; ️ • Vacation (after 1 year of employment); * Birthday day off; * Internal knowledge platform (Turbo University); * Benefits club: discounts from partner clients; * Spot Bonus at year-end, if you rank among our top 10 performers; * Partnership opportunity: you could become our next partner!
