Here, we live and breathe technology and innovation — join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the Change Management process; * Perform validations of Change Requests according to the defined process, following documented criteria and ensuring required quality; * Monitor the Change Request queue, adhering to deadlines agreed upon with the client, and track backlog items, pending tasks, etc.; * Generate and analyze process performance indicators (CSLs and KPIs) and management reports as per templates; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience and knowledge in Process Management are a plus; * Basic knowledge of Technology Infrastructure (Networks, Servers, Applications) is desirable; * Analytical and curious profile; eagerness to learn about new technologies; * Ability to concentrate, work collaboratively, manage time and personal tasks effectively, communicate clearly and efficiently, and demonstrate proactivity; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * ITIL4 Foundation certification is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is desirable; **Additional Information** Liked it?
