We are hiring a Kiosk Attendant in a Shopping Mall, with focus on customer service and sales. We are looking for someone friendly, agile, and proactive, capable of providing a positive customer experience and contributing to sales growth. Responsibilities: * Provide courteous and attentive service to customers at the kiosk; * Present and offer products, identifying customer needs and encouraging purchases; * Conduct sales, register orders, and complete transactions in the system/cash register; * Keep the kiosk always organized, clean, and attractive to customers; * Follow quality standards and internal procedures; * Support the team in achieving sales targets and other activities when necessary. Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service and sales (preferably in retail, commerce, or shopping malls); * Good communication skills, proactivity, and results-driven attitude; * Availability to work shopping mall hours (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). Work schedule 12/36 – from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.
