Click here! **ABOUT THE POSITION** **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. * Diagnose electromechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs, including replacement of required parts and components. * Install new equipment and perform adjustments as needed for production. * Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. * Conduct tests on machines and equipment to verify the effectiveness of performed services. * Collaborate with the maintenance team on continuous improvement projects. * Complete technical reports documenting performed activities and identified issues. * Ensure adherence to safety standards during all activities. **Education:** * Technical course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Active registration with CREA. **Requirements:** * Technical education. * Proven experience as an Electromechanic in an industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine manuals. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and electrical measurement instruments. * Knowledge of PLCs is a plus. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Practical experience in Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance. * Proficiency with digital maintenance systems and their routines. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Problem Solving:** Ability to quickly and effectively identify and resolve faults. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate with other technicians and operators. * **Proactivity:** Initiative to perform preventive maintenance and suggest process improvements. * **Organization:** Ability to maintain a tidy workspace and strictly follow technical procedures. * **Commitment:** Focus on safety and compliance with company standards and regulations.
