As a Marketing Analyst at Diskpan, you will strengthen the presence of a leading brand in the confectionery, foodservice, and bakery markets. We seek a hands-on, creative, and organized professional to manage communications across diverse channels and help drive sales growth and customer engagement. * Create content for social media, WhatsApp, advertisements, and the company app. * Design visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and institutional materials (online and offline). * Develop internal and external copy and announcements. * Plan promotional campaigns and action calendars. * Support the sales team with strategic sales materials. * Produce and edit promotional videos. * Monitor and analyze campaign and point-of-sale (POS) activity performance. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in digital content creation. * Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). * Basic knowledge of photo and video editing. * Familiarity with campaign planning and performance analysis. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Creativity, organization, and effective time management. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the Food industry; * Knowledge of social media metrics and paid traffic. * Portfolio showcasing graphic designs, videos, and completed campaigns. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$30.00/day); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy; * Unimed Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Life Insurance; * TotalPass (Access to gyms and studios at highly discounted rates); * Birthday Day Off (after probation period); * University partnership discounts.
