**Position: Sales Executive**
**Job Description:**
The Sales Executive will conduct visits and contact existing and potential customers, meeting sales targets and expanding the company's client portfolio.
The professional will operate across all stages of the commercial process—from prospecting through to final service implementation—ensuring customer retention and maintaining the company's positive image.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a university degree in progress in Business Administration or related fields is desirable)
* Minimum 6 months of experience in related activities
* Proven experience in the cargo transportation sector
* Ability to prepare freight quotations accurately and efficiently
* Basic knowledge of types of transportation vehicles (light-duty, rigid, 3/4, semi-trailer)
* Familiarity with the SSW system
* Knowledge of the operational region for route, timeline, and logistics cost analysis
* Understanding of company operations and the service market
* Proficiency in direct service sales techniques
* Solid knowledge of financial mathematics
* Familiarity with logistics, international trade, and customs clearance
* Proficiency in microcomputer applications, especially electronic spreadsheets
* Professional appearance, clear communication, empathy, and organizational skills
* Customer orientation, self-control, commitment, initiative, results focus, and perseverance
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Meet sales and visitation targets by prospecting new customers and presenting company services;
* Prepare price quotations and develop commercial proposals;
* Follow negotiations through to contract closing and implementation;
* Prepare visit reports, client portfolio status updates, and contracting profiles;
* Ensure profitability of negotiated contracts;
* Support problem resolution and customer retention.
