We are seeking a **Product Analyst** to support portfolio management, contribute to product positioning, and ensure every launch and communication aligns with brand strategy and market needs.
This role will play a fundamental part in bridging marketing, R\&D, sales, and other departments—supporting performance analysis, development of materials, launch tracking, and continuous product evolution.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct market and competitive research using tools such as IQVIA, Mintel, Data Nutri, and others to identify new business opportunities;
Monitor internal KPIs (sales, inventory, stockouts) and external indicators to support strategic decision-making and portfolio actions;
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management—from ideation through launch (Go\-to\-Market)—using the Stage\-Gate methodology;
Ensure project profitability through P\&L analysis and technical and commercial feasibility studies;
Participate in meetings with R\&D, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables;
Manage the portfolio by adapting strategies to the specificities of B2B and B2C channels;
Collaborate on sales planning, promotional calendars, and inventory management alongside Trade and Operations teams;
Participate in executing the 360° launch plan—integrating E\-commerce, Events, Content, and Trade Marketing—to ensure brand consistency at point-of-sale and digital channels.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;
Proficiency in Excel;
Power BI and Project Management skills are advantageous;
Solid experience in Category Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Product Management;
Experience working with B2B and B2C channels.
