Come **INSPIRE** with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the procurement team by promoting capacity building through training and routine dynamics; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback; manage work schedules; and foster integration with other departments to ensure a collaborative, high-performance environment; * Oversee acquisition and contracting activities through competitive and non-competitive processes, as defined by the S System’s Procurement Regulations, ensuring compliance with internal legal and regulatory standards while upholding principles of economy, morality, impartiality, and others; * Manage the contractual lifecycle, including contract drafting, renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring technical quality and legal compliance; * Lead supplier selection and registration of new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation is properly collected and recorded, as well as maintaining and auditing the supplier database to guarantee accessibility of all information; * Strategically drive cost savings through negotiations, commercial levers, specification reviews, and benchmarking of market best practices; * Develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at cost optimization, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation; * Promote innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes using tools, performance indicators (KPIs), and data analysis to support strategic decision-making; * Prepare and present managerial reports with analyses of performance, costs, and improvement opportunities; * Serve as the interface between procurement and internal clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established quality standards; * Contribute to the annual budget planning for the department and monitor execution to ensure alignment and operational efficiency; * Ensure organization, updating, and governance of departmental information and processes; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Completed postgraduate degree in Procurement and Projects, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of KPIs and data-driven management; * Experience managing teams. **Desirable:** * Experience implementing cost reduction strategies (saving); * Experience working within the S System or similar institutions; * Knowledge of acquisition and contract management processes; * Experience in procurement process transformation and improvement. **Additional Information** Recognized by the GPTW (Great Place to Work) seal as one of the best companies to work for in Espírito Santo, we also offer: **JOB DETAILS:** * Salary: R$ 9\.038,79\. * Employment Type: CLT — Indefinite Term. * Location: Vitória/ES. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.005,00 (via Ifood or Comprocard); * Unimed health plan (extendable to dependents); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass and Wellhub (apps providing access to gyms, studios, and physical activities); * Starbem (wellness app offering medical, psychological, and other wellbeing services); * Daycare allowance: R$ 332,65 (available for children aged 4 months to 2 years and 11 months); * Allowance for children with disabilities: R$ 639,76; * Discounts on SESI/SENAI services (education, culture, leisure); * Affetic Baby: supporting caregivers from pregnancy through the baby’s first months; * Profit-Sharing Program (subject to achievement of targets); * Performance evaluation and feedback culture; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions (tuition discounts); * Corporate Education Platform for continuous learning. **FOR YOU** Who believes in the power of opportunity to transform lives. **FOR INDUSTRY** That seeks greater competitiveness to accelerate businesses. **FOR ESPÍRITO SANTO** That believes development is the path to a better future. **Transform lives and accelerate businesses to develop Espírito Santo** \- This is the purpose that drives us every day!
