Results-oriented mindset, commitment, and owner's mentality Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Proven experience in leadership and operations management; * Ability to manage and motivate large teams while maintaining focus on results and performance; * Experience in MEIA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation) installation projects in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Steelmaking, Renewable Energy, Cement, and Food industries; * Participation in Major Turnarounds (MT) and Partial Turnarounds (PT); * Knowledge of logistics, resource management, and budgetary control; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (Mercosur); * Owner's mentality, commitment, and results orientation; * Proficiency in computer tools and project management and planning software.
