We are seeking a family mediator to work in Vitoria\-Gasteiz. Responsibilities include selecting and hiring domestic workers, tailoring candidate profiles to meet the specific needs and well-being of each family. Also responsible for preparing and managing employee payrolls, as well as handling monthly administrative procedures with families. Additionally, performs labor documentation management and archiving tasks, advises and mediates with users on economic, family, and social matters. Supervises and monitors the care provided by domestic workers in households, manages procedures within the RED system, and stays up-to-date with labor regulations. The position requires physical presence in Vitoria\-Gasteiz and continuous handling of these responsibilities. **Requirements:** * University degree related to the social field. * Knowledge of Human Resources, labor management, and training in occupational risk prevention is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
